彈性蛇簧聯軸器以蛇形彈簧片軸向嵌入兩半聯軸節的齒槽內，來實現主動軸與從動軸的聯接。運轉時，是靠原動端齒面對簧片的周向作用力帶動從動端，來傳遞權矩，如此在很大程度上避免了共振現象發生，且簡片在傳遞掃矩時所產生的彈性變形，使機械系統能獲得較好的減振效果，其平均減振率達36%以上。蛇形彈簧片采用*質彈簧鋼制造，經嚴格的加工處理、具有良好的機械性能，使聯軸器的使用壽命比非金屬彈性元件聯軸器大為增長。The elastic serpentine spring coupling is embedded in the tooth slots of the two coupling halves axially with serpentine springs to achieve the connection of the driving shaft and the driven shaft.
