閥對(duì)流量的控制可以分為兩種:
一種是開關(guān)控制:要么全開、要么全關(guān),流量要么*大、要么*小,沒有中間狀態(tài),如普通的電磁直通閥、電磁換向閥、電液換向閥。
另一種是連續(xù)控制:閥口可以根據(jù)需要打開任意一個(gè)開度,由此控制通過流量的大小,這類閥有手動(dòng)控制的,如節(jié)流閥,也有電控的,如比例閥、伺服閥。
所以使用比例閥或伺服閥的目的就是:以電控方式實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)流量的節(jié)流控制(當(dāng)然經(jīng)過結(jié)構(gòu)上的改動(dòng)也可實(shí)現(xiàn)壓力控制等),既然是節(jié)流控制,就必然有能量損失,伺服閥和其它閥不同的是,它的能量損失更大一些,因?yàn)樗枰欢ǖ牧髁縼砭S持前置*控制油路的工作。
伺服閥的主閥一般來說和換向閥一樣是滑閥結(jié)構(gòu),只不過閥芯的換向不是靠電磁鐵來推動(dòng),而是靠前置*閥輸出的液壓力來推動(dòng),這一點(diǎn)和電液換向閥比較相似,只不過電液換向閥的前置*閥是電磁換向閥,而伺服閥的前置*閥是動(dòng)態(tài)特性比較好的噴嘴擋板閥或射流管閥。
也就是說,伺服閥的主閥是靠前置*閥的輸出壓力來控制的,而前置*閥的壓力則來自于伺服閥的入口p,假如p口的壓力不足,前置*閥就不能輸出足夠的壓力來推動(dòng)主閥芯動(dòng)作。
