百格測(cè)試：
百格測(cè)試是電鍍行業(yè)、絲印及漆面進(jìn)行附著力測(cè)試的一種實(shí)驗(yàn)。如家具、手機(jī)等行業(yè)。 日本工業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(JIS)分為1~5*，*數(shù)越高，要求越嚴(yán)格。 |
測(cè)試步驟：
? 用刀口寬約10mm~12mm的百格刀在測(cè)試樣本表面劃10×10(100個(gè)) 的正方形小網(wǎng)格，以1mm~1.2mm為間隔，每一條劃線應(yīng)深及油漆底層；
? 用毛刷將測(cè)試區(qū)域的碎片刷干凈；
? 用25mm寬的君達(dá)51596膠帶或等同效力的膠紙牢牢粘住被測(cè)試的小網(wǎng)格，并用橡皮擦用力擦拭膠帶以加大膠帶與被測(cè)區(qū)域的接觸面積及力度；
? 用手捏住膠帶一端，以垂直方向（90°）迅速扯下膠紙，同一位置進(jìn)行2次相同試驗(yàn)。
結(jié)果判定： 手機(jī)客戶要求附著力≥4B為合格。
