PNEUMAX氣缸工作原理:根據工作所需力的大小來確定活塞桿上的推力和拉力。由此來選擇氣缸時應使氣缸的輸出力稍有余量。若缸徑選小了,輸出力不夠,氣缸不能正常工作;但缸徑過大,不僅使設備笨重、成本高,同時耗氣量增大,造成能源浪費。在夾具設計時,應盡量采用增力機構,以減少氣缸的尺寸。
氣缸的作用:將壓縮空氣的壓力能轉換為機械能,驅動機構作直線往復運動、擺動和旋轉運動。
氣缸的結構:氣缸是由缸筒、端蓋、活塞、活塞桿和密封件組成
使用及維護:
微型氣缸基本上是結構簡單而且堅固耐用的器件,維持長壽命的基本因素是:良好的空氣質量,裝配過程中負載正確校準,不能產生引起活塞桿彎曲效應的徑向分力
