耐*電鍍油墨，電鍍耐*油墨
油墨特性：
主要用于工電鍍、電鍍表面．金屬．玻璃等材料上，具有高色澤、高色彩、高遮蓋力、高穩(wěn)定性、耐*及耐磨擦之特點。
印刷：絲印移印均可。
表干及實干時間：表干時間自然揮發(fā)1-5分鐘；實干時間在12小時以內(nèi)。
稀釋及清洗：UVK1(移印**)。
測試方法(完全干燥后)：
1、3m膠紙粘在畫有百格的油墨表面，45度角迅速拉起不脫油;
2、純度99%的工業(yè)*，一千克砝碼用棉布包住在油墨表面，以水平力來回拉200次無脫色;
3、 耐磨：橡皮擦500g力水平來回擦500次。
使用方法：
1、使用前應充分攪拌，用后隨時封閉；
2、攪拌時加**10-15%，稀釋到印刷粘度；
3、網(wǎng)板塞網(wǎng)時可用洗網(wǎng)水清洗；
4、不得與其它類型油墨混合使用。
注意事項：
1、塑膠材料的外觀相似，但可能會是不同的材料，客戶需試印確定其符合要求后，再批量印刷；
2、在移印過程中，如出現(xiàn)拉絲或散開，可適當加入一些慢干膏即可;
3、環(huán)境溫度過高，將會影響油墨原有質(zhì)量；
4、根據(jù)氣候變化，請遠離火源，陰暗環(huán)境下存放。Ink characteristics:

Matters needing attention：
