一、設備工藝流程
N95全自動折疊口罩一體機是用于生產折疊口罩生產線的全自動機器,采用超聲波技術,將3~6層PP無紡布、活性炭濾材以及過濾材料等部品進行熔接。整套設備經過無紡布熔接,耳帶熔接、印刷、對折、封邊、滾切等一體化全自動折疊生產工藝,可加工3M 9001、9002等和其它折疊口罩。根據產品需求所選用的原材料可以生產出達到如FFP1、FFP2、N95等不同的標準的口罩,全程生產無需人才參與,全自動完成生產成品。

1. Equipment process
The N95 automatic folding mask individual machine is a fully automatic machine used to produce a folding mask production line. 五、其它要求
1.本設備驗收標準:設備組裝調試完成前一周通知乙方準備好生產物料,按技術要求進行驗收,驗收合格,甲方進行發貨;
2.設備驗收由雙方指定技術人員進行參與并簽署驗收報告;
