管道泵選型：

進口管道泵過流部件分類：

一般管道泵的過流部件分為，吸入室、葉輪、壓出室三個部分。葉輪室是泵的核心，也是流部件的核心。泵通過葉輪對液體的作功，使其能量增加。

葉輪按吸入方式分二類：

一、單吸葉輪（葉輪從一側吸入液體）；

二、雙吸葉輪（葉輪從兩側吸入液體）；

葉輪按蓋板形式分為三類：

一、封閉式葉輪；

二、敞開式葉輪；

三、半開式葉輪

葉輪按液體流出的方向分三類：

一、徑流式葉輪，液體流向與軸線垂直；

二、斜流式葉輪，液體流向與軸線傾斜；

三、軸流式葉輪，液體流向與軸線平行；

特點：

1、管道離心泵結構緊湊，機泵一體化，體積小。其立式結構具有安裝占地面積小，運行平穩，安裝無需調整。

2、泵進出口設計成規格相同法蘭，且位于同一中心在線，可象閥門一樣直接安裝在管路上，且中心低，便于管道布置，安裝方便。

3、泵與電機同軸，軸向尺寸短，使泵運行更加平穩，噪音低。

4、取消傳統軸封方式，避免了輸送介質的外泄，因此具有完全無泄漏的顯著特點。

管道離心泵的優越性主要體現在以下幾點：

1.管道離心泵適用于高層建筑增壓送水、園林噴灌、冷卻塔上水、遠距離輸水、空調、制冷沖洗、浴室等冷；暖水循環加壓。使用溫度80℃以下。

2.管道離心泵適用于采暖、鍋爐等行業的高溫熱水增壓循環。使用溫度150℃以下。

3. 管道離心泵適用于輸送食品、制藥、造酒、化工等行業的工藝流程中腐蝕性介質，使用溫度80℃以下。
