Hostaform® 共聚甲醛具有耐磨、長(zhǎng)期抗疲勞、高韌性、抗蠕變、耐濕、耐溶劑和耐強(qiáng)堿等優(yōu)異特性
相對(duì)于其它許多材料，它的綜合特性和易加工性決定了它在材料性能和加工成本上的優(yōu)勢(shì)。在很寬的溫度范圍內(nèi)，HostaformPOM保持高強(qiáng)度和高剛性。而且它具有低磨耗、高韌性（溫度低至－40℃）和抗反復(fù)沖擊。Hostaform產(chǎn)品有優(yōu)異的尺寸穩(wěn)定性、它長(zhǎng)期耐蠕變、長(zhǎng)期抗疲勞、耐濕、耐化學(xué)和耐包括有高甲醛含量的燃油。
Hostaform POM大多數(shù)品級(jí)符合FDA標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和EU標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（2002/72 EC），Hostaform普通品級(jí)已經(jīng)根據(jù)WRAS、KTW和NSF標(biāo)準(zhǔn)成功地進(jìn)行了飲用水測(cè)試。由于它的多功能性，Hostaform產(chǎn)品被廣泛地應(yīng)用在各種領(lǐng)域中。比如齒輪、彈簧、夾子、燃油系統(tǒng)部件的襯墊、玩具元件、洗衣機(jī)元件、電動(dòng)牙刷和胡須刀元件、龍頭、安全帶卡扣等。Hostaform亦可以用來(lái)制備薄板、圓棒和厚板等坯型材，并可通過(guò)機(jī)加工來(lái)制造高精度零件。
