3M444PET基材雙面膠耐溫性好、抗剪切性強,一般長期耐溫100-125℃,短期耐溫150-200℃,
適合于銘板、LCD、裝飾品、裝飾件的粘接。
3M雙面膠使用時的要求及儲存環境要求
3M雙面膠在粘接時,需按以下方式操作,可獲得增強的粘接效果:
1、先對粘著表面必進行清洗干燥,一般建議以布沾取1:1IPA(異丙醇)與水的混合液進行表面擦試清潔后,待表面完全干燥。
2、待清潔溶劑干燥后,將膠帶貼合于粘著表面,以滾筒或其他方式施以約15PSI(1.05公斤/平方厘米)之壓力,使其有效粘合。
3、將膠帶離型紙撕除,然后將需貼合材料貼上,同樣施以15PSI壓力,使其有效貼合。如需去除氣泡,應增加壓力,以物品能承受限度為上限。
4、粘貼時理想的溫度為15-38℃,勿低于10℃。
5、膠帶粘接時,應以一端先貼合后,再緩壓至另一端,以減少氣泡產生的機率。
