盡管螺桿處于旋轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)，但密閉腔中的液體并不發(fā)生攪拌或渦流，只以低速沿主桿軸向平移，因此黃山鐵人三螺桿泵具有優(yōu)異的吸入性能。
主桿完全處于液壓平衡狀態(tài)，從桿由液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)。主、從桿之間在正常運(yùn)行工況下不接觸。由于油膜的存在，螺桿螺旋面不會(huì)產(chǎn)生磨損，使得黃山鐵人三螺桿泵具有很長的使用壽命。需要說明的是，當(dāng)開泵、停泵時(shí)，泵內(nèi)主、從桿處于邊界狀態(tài)，瞬間會(huì)發(fā)生直接接觸，螺桿強(qiáng)度、表面硬度、加工精度必須能夠抵抗這種邊界狀態(tài)工況。另外，從桿要承受一定的徑向力，這是理論決定的。只有在螺桿、襯套、材料選用與使用壓力的適用性方面合理匹配，才能*保*從桿外圓與襯套內(nèi)孔之間的油膜不發(fā)生破損，從而避免金屬接觸而磨損。對于潤滑油輸送泵，我公司有成熟的技術(shù)和可靠的工藝手段避免以上事故的發(fā)生。
工作原理、結(jié)構(gòu)、特性
黃山鐵人三螺桿泵屬于回轉(zhuǎn)式容積式泵，其泵送原理為：一個(gè)泵體（或三孔襯套）和對稱平行布置的三根相互嚙合的螺桿精確配合形成連續(xù)的相互隔離的密閉腔，當(dāng)主桿轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)，流體被吸入到密閉腔中，隨著主桿轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)密閉腔連續(xù)、均勻地沿軸向移動(dòng)，從而帶動(dòng)流體由泵進(jìn)口腔排送至出口腔，實(shí)現(xiàn)泵送升壓過程。
黃山鐵人三螺桿泵適用于輸送各類不含磨蝕性雜質(zhì)且對泵內(nèi)零件不發(fā)生化學(xué)侵蝕的潤滑性液體。例如：潤滑油，礦物油，合成液壓油和天然油，其它比較特殊的潤滑性介質(zhì)如輕質(zhì)燃油，重質(zhì)燃油，煤焦油，高溫瀝青，粘膠液，乳化液等也可使用黃山鐵人三螺桿泵進(jìn)行輸送。此時(shí)，務(wù)必參閱相應(yīng)的產(chǎn)品樣本，進(jìn)行正確選型和使用。

The company have bought more than 20 sets of advanced machines abroad, such as screw rotor CNC grinding machine and high-accuracy screw three-dimensional testing instrument from Germany, which represent advanced machining lever of screw rotor, high efficient and high-accuracy screw machining milling machine and machining and detecting machines for screw milling cutter from Britain, high-accuracy inner-rotor CNC milling machine for lengthening screw from Austria, optic projector from Italy, machining center capable of various complicated technical process from Germany and Italy, universal tool microscope and measuring machine from Japan, deep hole drilling machine from Germany, large-size CNC turning machining center from Germany etc. Besides, there are also high-accuracy coordinate boring machine, optics curve grinding machine, large-size planer-type milling machine etc. CTP’s powerful machining capability in screw rotor can’t be matched by any other screw-pump manufacturers in China. And its machining capability and machining accuracy also have reached international advanced level. Currently CTP have got the ability to machining various screw rotors with different screw lines, whose diameter rang from 10~630mm and length rang from 90~6000mm.

Three screw pumps can be used in the transformation of any lubricating liquid without any caustic impurity and the liquid that not chemically erode the component of the pumps. For example,   lubricating oil, mineral oil, synthetic hydraulic fluid and natural oil can be transferred by them. And other special lubricating medium such as light fuel, reduced fuel oil, coal oil, high-temperature pitch, viscose and emulsion can also be transferred by three screw pumps. INTRODUCTION FO THREE SCREW PUMPS 
Three screw pumps are widely used in lubrication stations, hydraulic systems and process cooling systems as power source of liquid, service for industry field of shipbuilding, metallurgy, iron and steel, petrochemical industry, power, machining, etc. Our experience in these years show that three screw pumps are more excellent than other pumps in the sides of economic benefit, transfer quality, running life and maintenance，it has been become the best choice of pump in the field we have mentioned above.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE, STRUCTURE ANDCHARACTERISTIC OF THREE SCREW PUMP
Three screw pump is a kind of rotary displacement pump. Its operating principle could be described as follows: Consecutive separate hermetic spaces are formed by accurately fit of a pump casing and three parallel screws in mesh. When driving screw rotates, medium is absorbed into the hermetic spaces. The hermetic spaces make an axial movement continuously and equably as the driving screw moves. In this way, fluid is carried from suction side to delivery side, and the pressure is lift in the whole process.
Although the screws are rotating, fluid in the hermetic spaces doesn’t mix round or form vortex, but slowly makes an axial movement follows the direction of driving screw, which makes three screw pumps have excellent capability of absorption.
Driving screw is hydraulic balanced, and driven screws are driven by hydraulic pressure. The driving screw and the driven screws never touch each other in normal working condition. Oil film is formed between them, so the helical surface of screws doesn’t wear down with the movement, that provide three screw pumps a long life-span. But it has to be pointed out that driving screw and driven screws are in critical state and touched directly when the pumps are started up or shut down. So the intensity, surface hardness and machining accuracy of screws must be suit for the critical state. Furthermore, driven screws have to suffer some kind of radial force. As a result, screws, insert, materials and pressure in use must be perfectly matched to insure the oil film between outer round of screw and inner bore of bushing not to be worn out and avoid the abrasion of metal surface. With regard to lubricating oil transfer pumps, CTP has mastered mature technique and reliable technical methods to avoid the defects mentioned above.
