俗稱模內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)印，是事先將圖案印刷在薄膜上，然后導(dǎo)入注塑模具內(nèi)，通過送箔機自動輸送定位，將成型用的塑料注入模具內(nèi)與膜片接合，使印刷在膜片上的圖案轉(zhuǎn)印到你所需要的產(chǎn)品上面。當(dāng)產(chǎn)品注塑完成，圖案印刷也同步完成了，不需要二次印刷加工。適用于空調(diào)面板、洗衣機面板等家電行業(yè)，汽車內(nèi)飾、3c電子行業(yè)、遙控器、手機外殼等。
